Want to go "totally" natural? Make your own deodorant! In the era of coconut-oil-cures-all, I was intrigued yet skeptical when a crunchy friend suggested I slather the stuff on my pits. As per her advice, I did so for three days before noticing a real difference, but it definitely lessened the odor within a few uses. Don't do it if you need to be super-dry though; this DIY solution is more about odor than wetness.
