When I woke up the other morning and realized it was going to be less than 20 degrees out for most of the day, I decided it was time to roll up my sleeves and throw a mega craft day (well, first I cried into my pillow and wondered how many frigging indoor craft days were left this year, and then I started coming up with projects).
We needed something new, so I unearthed the mammoth bag of pom poms I bought last time I was at the craft store. At the time, I didn’t know what I was going to do with all these delightful, fuzzy little balls, but after perusing the Internet for a while, I got some pretty epic ideas for DIY pom pom crafts for kids. Like, did you know you can make a seriously awesome party crown with pom poms and pipe cleaners? Or use them as stamps to make really cool paintings?
We had so much fun that I actually forgot we were trapped in the house all day! If you, too, have a giant bag of pom poms floating around the house, dump it out, grab your glue gun and a couple other crafty supplies, then check out this list of DIY pom pom crafts for kids and get busy!
