Carson Daly has come a long way from his days of hosting MTV’s TRL. Carson, now 40, is not only hosting The Voice and serving as the “orange room” anchor on Today, he’s also the father of two (Jackson, 4, and Etta, 1) and engaged to longtime love Siri Pinter.
Carson shares in the new issue of People that no matter how successful his career in front of the camera is, it’s his family that matters the most. “After this many years, I know who I am. My life is not television. I’m a family man first and foremost. Everything I do in this business, it all pays off when I come home.”
While Carson and Siri have been engaged since summer, they haven’t made any official wedding plans just yet. “Our lives have been crazy. We’ll get married when we have time. The husband and wife thing is just the bow around something. Our end game is we want to be together forever.”
The celeb dad also dished that two kids may not be all that’s in the cards for he and Siri. he revealed, “We want more — as many healthy kids as God blesses us with.”
