Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and her husband, rapper Kanye West, will welcome their third child later this year via surrogate. (Kardashian gave birth to their daughter North West, in June 2013, and their son Saint West, in December 2015.) The most famous Kardashian sister has been vocal about the couple’s decision to use a surrogate, telling Glamour on November 14, 2017, that it’s “so much harder” than past pregnancies.
“You know, it is really different,” she said. “Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control. And, you know, obviously you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but it is still…knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it’s hard for me. So it’s definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area.”
Of course, Kardashian isn’t the first one in Hollywood to enlist the help of a surrogate to become a parent. Plenty of other celebs, from Tyra Banks and Jimmy Fallon to Sarah Jessica Parker and Neil Patrick Harris, have relied on the generous help of surrogates, too. Kids Born Via Surrogate: Twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace were born on November 8, 2007.
Other Children: Dennis is Dad to Jack, whom he shares with ex-wife Meg Ryan.
Birth Announcement: Born premature, the twins suffered a staph infection a few days after birth and were treated at a Los Angeles hospital. While there, the twins were mistakenly given 1,000 times the proper dosage of a blood thinner called Heparin and nearly died. In a lawsuit against the hospital the Quaids claim the story was leaked to the tabloids, making the story public.

Parents Are Famous For: He’s the host of “The Tonight Show” and she’s produced movies like Charlie's Angels with Drew Barrymore.
Kids Born Via Surrogate: Winnie Rose, born July 23 2013 and Frances Cole, born December 3, 2014.
Birth Announcement: On Frances’ recent arrival, Fallon released this statement to People Magazine, “Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 a.m. on Dec. 3, weighing 5 lbs., 11 oz. and is 18.5 inches long.”
Their new addition joins big sister, Winnie Rose, 16 months. The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter made her official debut. Both Fallon babies were born via surrogate.

Birth Announcement: The notoriously private couple released this statement which said they were, "delighted to announce the healthy arrival of their two daughters."
"The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon," they added.
The birth was mired in scandal after two Ohio police chiefs were arrested after masterminding a break in of the house belonging to Parker’s surrogate in hopes of gaining information to sell to the tabloids. Ew.
