Fish sticks are a kids’ classic, but they don’t have to come frozen from a box. Believe it or not, these panko crusted fish sticks are super easy to make from scratch, and the taste cannot even compare. I kick it up a notch by using a combination of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese for a coating that’s extra cripsy and super flavorful. These fish sticks are so delcious, the adults will definitely be asking to eat off of the kids’ menu.
