I’ve never been excited about fruit pizza. Sure, I’ll eat it at a party or something. Usually, I try it because the host is eagerly gauging everyone’s reaction to her cream cheese and fruit concoction, and she just has to get feedback from everyone. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have anything against fruit pizza. It’s just not my go-to breakfast, snack, brunch food, dessert, or anytime treat. Like, ever. After researching recipes and scrolling merrily along through Pinterest for some pretty fruit pizzas, I can genuinely say that I’m excited to try some of these recipes. Seriously.
