DIY: Felt Holiday Necklace

This festive felt necklace is so simple to make and a really fun accessory to wear with almost any outift, whether you’re headed to a fancy holiday party or just a friend’s house to bake sugar cookies. Keep reading to see how to make it!

Supplies:
Embroidery thread

Embroidery needle

Felt balls

Pretty ribbon or bias tape

Scissors

Thread embroidery needle with plenty of thread remaining

Start threading a felt ball onto the thread

Continue threading balls spacing them about 1 inch apart. The balls should be tight enough on there that they won’t move. You could always make knots if your felt balls are sliding.

Continue stringing until you have about 6 on the thread. Make sure you’re leaving more thread at the beginning and end. Cut each end of thread down to about 7 inches.

Tie one end of the ribbon or bias tape to the end of the thread in a double knot. Do the same to other end.

Tie a pretty bow at the top

You’re done!
