Sometimes you need an easy activity to keep a toddler occupied for a few minutes here and there. This is one of those.
If you don’t mind sweeping up beans you may want to do this one outside. It’s cinch to make and once you show your toddler how to use it they’ll be happily occupied for quite sometime.
Supplies:
- Plastic Cup
- balloon
- Scissors
- Dried beans
Cut off the bottom of the cup with a knife
Tie a knot in the balloon where you normally would when it’s blown up
Cut off the last 1/2 inch of the top of the balloon
Carefully stretch the balloon over the cut side of the cup until it’s nice and snug
Place a bean inside where the knot sits
Now simply pull the knot back and release to send the bean shooting off!
