Ingredients:
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups freshly whipped cream
- 1 graham cracker crust
Preparation:
Step 1: In an electric mixer beat the cream cheese, lemonade concentrate, and condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Then, fold in the whipped cream using a spatula until just combined.
Step 2: Carefully spread the mixture into the prepared graham crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Place the pie in the freezer for six hours to freeze completely. Slice and serve!
Tips:
As you’ll see by the photos, the pie is pretty light, but you can add yellow or pink food coloring if you would like it to be a brighter summery color.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
