Pomegranate Salad Flatbread Pizza is a 10-minute dinner that every mom should have in her repertoire. The cheesy, garlicky flatbread pizzas are a perfect salad for the sweet pomegranate salad made with Hidden Valley’s Pomegranate Vinaigrette. This dressing is awesome, and adds a great pop of flavor. The intersection of sweet and savory makes these flatbread pizzas absolutely unforgettable.
But, the best part? Because these are so easy to make, you could even have the kids put ’em together by themselves. Dinner in 10 minutes—does it get any better?

Ingredients:
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups iceberg salad mix
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup Hidden Valley Ranch Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet (or sheets) and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and mozzarella.
Step 2: Bake for 3 – 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Step 3: While flatbreads are baking, toss together the iceberg salad mix: cucumbers, red bell peppers and dressing.
Step 4: Top each pizza with 1/4 of the prepared salad. Using a pizza cutter, cut into pieces. Enjoy.
