Frosty Mango Yogurt Snack

This is our most recent, super yummy creation! It’s fantastic with a spoon or a straw!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks (I like Trader Joe’s brand.)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

Serves 2
Total Prep Time: 5 minutes

Put everything into the blender and puree until smooth.   Garnish with a bit of fresh mango.
