A Michelada is beer lightened up, brightened up, and perfectly spiced with great kick. For Father’s Day dinner, serve this drink with a juicy burger, oven fries, and a healthy serving of his favorite dessert out on the terrace. You’ll have one happy dad on your hands!

Ingredients:
- 2 limes
- salt (to garnish the glass rim)
- 24 ounces beer (2 bottles)
- 4 ounces tomato juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper hot sauce
Preparation:
Step 1: Juice both of the limes.
Step 2: Using a bit of the lime juice, rub the rims of two glasses and dip them in the salt so that the salt sticks to the rim and provides a nice crust all the way around the rim of the glass.
Step 3: Pour 12 ounces of beer (1 bottle) into each glass.
Step 4: To each glass, add 2 ounces of tomato juice, a dash of red pepper sauce, and the half the lime juice. Stir well. Add several ice cubes and serve!
